In an emergency, when you don't have any of your Duo options available to you, you can use a Duo Bypass Code.

 Procedure

  1. Call the Kansas State University IT Service Desk at 785-532-7722.
  2. Ask for a Duo two-factor emergency bypass code. You will be asked to verify your identity by providing unique personal information.
  3. On your computer, click Other Options.


     
  4. Select Bypass code.


     
  5. Type the Bypass code and select Verify.

          Note: You can only authenticate using a Duo Bypass Code. Duo Passcodes are accepted via a different selection under Other Options.
