Viewing hold details in KSIS

How students can view their hold details in KSIS.

 Procedure

1. Sign in to KSIS with your eID and password. A laptop/computer works best.
2. Open the Student Center tile.

3. See the Holds box on the right-hand side. The example below shows a few common Holds, though you may see others.

4. Click Details to open information about each Hold.

5. Select the Hold Reason to open more details about who to contact and what action to take to have the hold removed.

Survey links are embedded within the Hold Reason while other holds list the respective office to connect with about removing the hold.

Academic Advisors only have access to remove the Advisor Flag.

Students are responsible for reading details and addressing holds prior to enrollment.


Click Exit or the X to go back to the holds listing.
