 Procedure

1. Highlight all the documents you want to download by holding down the Ctrl key and selecting the specific documents
2. Right-Click on one of the highlighted documents and select the Export option.
3. Within the Export Window ~ Using the Format: dropdown, select Single PDF.
4. In the File Name: file ~ Enter the document's name, click on Browse, and select the location you'd like the file downloaded.
5. Down in the Annotations section~ Using the Include: dropdown, select the annotation type you'd like to include on the document. (Note: The default is No Annotations.)
6. Select OK to begin the document download.
