Online Teval: Add Custom Questions in Teval

Instructors and teaching assistants can add custom questions to their Tevals.

 Procedure

You have the ability to add additional questions to your Teval through the Custom Questions feature. Questions can be created new or copied from an existing evaluation. All custom questions can have instructional text in addition to the question text. Your custom questions can also be copied to other evaluations. There are three types of custom questions:

Scale Questions

Scale questions present students with one or more statements to which they express the degree of their agreement or disagreement.

Multiple Choice

Multiple choice questions present students with a statement and a set of options to choose from.

Short Answer

Short Answer questions present students with a prompt and a field in which to type their comments.

To add a custom question:

1. On the Questions page, click the Add Question button.

2. Select the question type.
    
3. Enter any instructional text and the question text.

4. Click the Save Question button.
