KSIS: View Class Roster for a Different Term

Faculty can view class rosters for a different term.

 Procedure

Faculty can view the Class Roster in KSIS for a different term using the steps below:

1. Sign in to KSIS with your eID and password.
    
2. From the KSIS Faculty Homepage, click Faculty Center.
   
   
    
3. Click the Change Term button.
   
   
    
4. Select the desired term and click Continue.
    
5. Click the Class Roster icon to the left of the class you want to view.
   
   
   
   Note: This symbol displays only after students have enrolled in the section.
   
   
    
6. To change which students are viewed, in the Enrollment Status list, select the desired status.
   
   Note: Possible values for the Enrollment Status are All, Dropped, Enrolled, and Wait-listed. These values appear only if there are students who fulfill these requirements for the class in question. For example, the Wait-listed option will only appear if there are students on the wait-list for your class.
