Qualtrics: sharing surveys with collaborators

 Objective

Use the collaborate feature in Qualtrics to share or co-author a survey with an individual or a group when you want to allow someone access to your survey but want to limit their permissions.

• Qualtrics

 Procedure

1. Navigate to Qualtrics and log in with your eID and password.
    
2. Find the survey that you would like to share and click on the three dots.
   
   
    
3. Select Collaborate.
    
4. Enter the K-State email address for the people you would like to add and click on Add. Repeat for everybody you would like to share the survey with.
   
   
    
5. Click on Save.
