To get rid of these pop-ups, follow the steps below:
1. Disconnect the power cable.
2. Press and hold the on/off power button for a minute.
3. After your laptop has been turned off wait for a minute.
4. Reconnect the power cable.
5. Turn on the laptop.
6. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection > Quick Scan.
